by drip.  Stalagmites that were once here have been broken off, leaving a
smooth path for those coming and going.  Fine sand formed of broken rock

creatures can be seen in the sand.

   The cave ends here as the rock has changed from limestone to basalt, too
hard for the water to erode.  The walls of the cave has been perforated and
lined with hooks, many items hang here made from natural materials.  Items
from necklaces of skulls, to carvings, to beads.  All can be bought, for the
right price in gold.

Before a Large Hole
   The trail ends here at the mouth of a large tunnel.  Sturdy beams have been
erected along the tunnels side and roof to give the tunnel strength.  The
sounds of many feet and the many conversations can be heard ahead, some hushed
whispers and others triumphant shouts.  Four figures stand across the tunnel
further to the north, and remain there unmoving.  This perch on the hill
provide an excellent view of the underdark below and the many paths that
crisscross their way up the slope.  As if anticipating attack ballistas have
been erected here and many rocks and bolts stacked beside them.

Before the Gates of Moregeeth
   The tunnel narrows some here allowing for only four people to stand
abreast, four guards stand here.  The only way in and out of the city is
through the guards, some may come through for free but many more must provide
some incentive for the guards to part.  Being barely paid if at all, bribes
provide the guards with most of their wages.  Large iron gates are held open
with ropes that can be cut in times of trouble providing barriers to invaders.

The Intersection of the High Road and the Street of Guilds
   This intersection is where people come and gather when there is trouble.  A
large fountain is here which is used largely by the poorer members of the
community, as the better off have plumbing.  The streets here are covered in
cobblestones, periodic small holes allow water to drain from the streets.  To
the north stretchs the High Road, which is home to most of the finest shops in
Moregeeth.  The the west is the Street of Guilds which contains most of the
cities guild houses, as well as the inn.  A large hole lined with ladders
leads down to the lower quarters of town.

Along the High Road
   The High Road runs the length of the town, its where most of the fine
businesses and shops are.  The street is paved in cobblestones and slopes
slightly to allow water to drain off through special holes near the sides of
the road.  To the west of the road is the Gilt-Edged Truffle the finest
restaurant in town, to the east is a sign that reads:

Smog's Fine Goods.

Along the High Road
   Here along the High Road are the shops and businesses used by the nobles
in town.  It isn't uncommon to see nobles out for walks or out shopping.  Few
if any commoners come into this part of town, mostly just servants running
errands for their masters.  To the east is a Roge's Armory, well know for there
fine armor.  To the west is Ghash's Weapon Emporium, being the only weapon
shop in town people must come here despite Ghash's unstable personality.

   The High Road comes to a end here, appropriately enough it ends right in
front of the bank.  All of the cities and most of the nobles do their business
through the bank, mostly since its far too dangerous to walk the streets with
cash.  This is the part of town where most of the town's nobles reside, along
the Street of Nobles.  Probably to be closer to their money.
